York Racecourse, 14:25 – New Image: Timeform’s Big Improver
The well-bred New Image, by superstar sire Frankel out of a Group 2 winner, has been on a steady upward trajectory for trainer David O’Meara. After a promising fourth-place finish on his return to turf at Thirsk, the gelding went on to win decisively by a length and a quarter at Musselburgh two weeks ago. This progressive performer could still have more to offer and is one to watch closely in his next outing.
